GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website miyaparisofficiel.fr

ARTICLE 2: ORDER

We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general terms and conditions of sale as soon as your payment has been accepted.

Please note that we will fulfill your order subject to available stock or subject to stock availability from our suppliers. When you place your order, we will inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase. However, if, despite our best efforts, the products are temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reprinted, etc.) after you place your order, we will inform you by email and refund or resend the product(s). If the products become permanently unavailable (out of stock, no longer in print, etc.) after you place your order, we will automatically cancel your order and inform you by email.

By confirming your order, you accept these terms and conditions of sale in their entirety, which are available on the website, and acknowledge that you have read and understood them fully. You therefore waive the right to rely on any conflicting document, including your own general terms and conditions of purchase, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. This confirmation, along with all the data we have recorded, will serve as proof of our transactions.

miyaparisofficiel.fr cannot be held responsible for any delay in marketing.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE

The prices shown in euros are net, excluding shipping costs. They are subject to change at any time without notice, and items will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we are committed to applying the rates in effect that were indicated to you at the time of your order.

All our prices are defined in euros and in accordance with community rules.

The price is payable in full and in a single payment upon ordering. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable immediately. For all deliveries outside mainland France, any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

Payment for your purchases is made by bank or private label card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards via a secure payment module. You will need to enter your card number and expiry date in the designated area (secure entry via SSL encryption).

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY

Your packages are sent via Colissimo.

miyaparisofficiel.fr is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages (we strive to send the package as soon as possible, you can also track the status of your package using the email we send you after placing your order).

We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect address when placing your order. If the package needs to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive your package in apparently poor condition, refuse it and make a reservation so that you can file a claim and seek compensation from the carrier.

ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

Without prejudice to the legal provisions relating to product conformity, the customer has a period of 15 days from receipt of the ordered product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal with MIYA PARIS.

To exercise their right, the customer must return the product(s) at their own expense:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the above conditions are not met.

If the product is broken, lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier during return shipping we are not responsible.

The refund for the returned product(s) is made by credit card or bank transfer.
